“I have two of these dust collectors. Easy to assemble. The 1 micron bags are good and an extra on most collectors at this or much higher prices. The fit and finish on mine was very good. The JDS Company 14040 Dust-Force run a little quieter than others I have heard. Sure a larger dust collector unit might be nicer but it will be louder (no doubt about this), if you leave it running it will spin the electric meter faster and I could spend $500 running 6″ pipe mains, then gates and drops. Simple, lower operating cost, and lower maintenance is better. Two of these units will handle a large home shop with ease.” – C. Finley
